How do I place an order?
- Browse our shop and select the items you want to purchase
- Add items to your cart and review your selection
- Proceed to checkout and enter your payment information
- Provide your Roblox username for delivery
- Complete the payment and wait for our team to contact you
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the items have not been delivered yet. Contact our support team immediately via live chat or email with your order number to request changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum)

Is my payment information secure?

Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines can occur for several reasons:
- Insufficient funds in your account
- Incorrect card details or expired card
- Your bank flagged the transaction as suspicious
- Payment method not supported in your region
Try using a different payment method or contact your bank if the issue persists.
I was charged twice for the same order
If you were charged multiple times for the same order, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction details. We will investigate and issue a refund for any duplicate charges within 2-3 business days.
Delivery & Fulfillment
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 15-30 minutes after purchase. During peak hours or high order volumes, delivery may take up to 2-3 hours. If your order is not delivered within 48 hours, please contact support for assistance or a refund.
How will I receive my items?
Items are delivered directly to your Roblox account through one of these methods:
- In-game trade: Our team will send you a friend request and trade the items
- Code redemption: You'll receive a code to redeem your items
- Direct transfer: Items are transferred directly to your inventory
The delivery method depends on the game and item type. Instructions will be provided after purchase.
I haven't received my items yet
If you haven't received your items:
- Check your order status in your account dashboard
- Verify that you provided the correct Roblox username
- Check if our team sent you a friend request or message in-game
- Contact live chat support with your order number for immediate assistance
⚠️ Orders not delivered within 48 hours are eligible for automatic refunds.

How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, enter your email, create a password, and verify your email address. You can also sign up during checkout when making your first purchase.
I forgot my password
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
How do I view my order history?
Log in to your account and navigate to the "Order History" section in your dashboard. Here you can view all your past orders, track current orders, and download invoices.
